Tuesday, 14 January 2014

Welcome to the 4th Annual End of Year Book Survey - 2013 Edition hosted by Jamie from Perpetual Page Turner (click here for the original post) This is my first ever survey and I hope I can make it right, since I'm bad at rating. Without further ado, here it is!

1. Best Book You Read in 2013? (If you have to cheat - you can break it down by genre if you want or 2013 release vs. backlist)
Prom and Prejudice by Elizabeth Eulberg and The London Eye Mystery by Siobhan Dowd (Though The Lost Hero by Rick Riordan is also my favourite but I have the feeling this book will be mentioned quite a bit in this post.)
2. Books You Were Excited About & Thought You Were Going To Love More But Didn't?
The Hunger Games trilogy by Suzanne Collins. I stopped by book 2 and didn't have the plan to continue it. And The Fault in our Stars by John Green. Cliché. Nothing special. But I can't wait for the movie to be released..

  1. "Survive first. Figure out crayon drawing of destiny later." IS a pretty epic quote choice. I discovered the Heroes of Olympus series in 2013 too and loved it. :)

    2. Oh, tough question. Probably Percy, followed closely by Leo, followed closely by Nico.

      You?

    3. Mine's Jason (though he received so much hate but I still love him wholeheartedly.)
